When you pre-order your mug, check your emails and you will receive some codes (keep them safe).
These codes are unique to your purchase. When your mug arrives, login and enter the serial number and link it to your Customer ID. This enables you to now add your extended warranty codes from early bird and any subscription you may have purchased on your account. Remember all mugs and Flasks come with a standard 12-Month warranty.

Lucky Cuppa offers a generous warranty to ensure your satisfaction. All mugs come with a standard 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions. We register your warranty using your mug’s unique serial number for easy verification.
Our warranty doesn’t include theft or customers accidental minor cosmetic damage.

All warranty codes must be applied to your serial number within your luckycuppa.com profile. Once your warranty code has been applied it cannot be transferred or removed.
Sadly we’re not able to cover any mugs outside of warranty, we do advise customers to take advantage of the various extended warranties whether it’s through subscription or early bird to ensure they’re covered.
You simply have to get in touch with us and inform us of your intent to return your mug back to us, and provide us with its serial number. Once you’ve popped your mug back into the post to us via our returns label. All we ask is that you allow 7-10 business days for your serial number to be processed. Please quote your serial number and customer ID when returning.
No we cannot offer a similar warranty on our hamper mugs however our hamper mugs come with
a 60 day warranty.
