Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order before noon for same-day dispatch. Exceptions apply to gift hampers and select caddies, which require additional processing time.
Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends, bank holidays, or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delays During Peak Times: While we aim to deliver promptly, delays may occur during busy periods like Black Friday, Christmas, or Bank Holidays.
Processing Time: Gift hampers and specified caddies require one extra day for processing before dispatch.
Separate Charges: Delivery fees are applied for each shipping address in your order.
Order Notifications: You’ll receive individual confirmation emails for each address included in your purchase.
Product Limitations: Chocolate pellets are not available for international shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times:
EU Countries: 5–8 business days (average 7 days).
US: 7–9 business days (average 8 days).
Rest of the World: Up to 21 working days; availability varies by product.
Customs & Import Duties: These charges must be covered by the recipient.
