Now the goodthing about this peppermint chocolate coffee is that it takes less than 5 minutes to make and who says you should only brew a dark roast using a French Press? We use homemade techniques with only 4 simple ingredients.
Here’s how to do it:
WHITE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT MOCHA
Ingredients:
1/2 cup freshly brewed coffee
1/2 cup milk (or half and half)
3 tablespoons white chocolate chips
1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract or 2 tablespoons crushed peppermint candy
sugar to taste
whipped cream
Directions:
- Brew coffee and pour into your smart mug.
- Heat the milk until steaming,
- Add Lucky Cuppa white chocolate chips and peppermint extract (or crushed candies)and stir until well blended.
- Slowly add milk to your coffee while stirring. Sugar to taste. Garnish with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candies.
Makes: 1 serving.
